Ahab Dies in Battle

²⁸ So the king of Israel and King Jehoshaphat of Judah went up against Ramoth-gilead. ²⁹ The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “I will dress up to look like someone else and go into battle. But you wear your king’s clothing.” So the king of Israel dressed up to look like someone else, and they went into battle. ³⁰ Now the king of Syria had told the captains of his war-wagons, “Do not fight with small or great, but only with the king of Israel.”
